Mark S. OLSON Insurance Company Executive, Mark S. Olson of Needham, formerly of Kirkland, WA. and Leominster, MA. died on Tuesday at the Stanley R. Tippett House in Needham. He was 48 years old. A graduate of Ithaca College Class of 1976, Mr. Olson was Manager of Group Benefits for Safeco Life Insurance Company. He had previously been associated with Health Plans Inc. of Worcester, Heatlh Claim Services and Mt. Vernon Associates of Winchester. Mr. Olson was Chairman of the Board of the Lipton Center and active in the Hydrocephalus Association. He is survived by his beloved children Stephanie and Chad of Leominster, his parents Clarence "Ole" and Anita Olson of Needham. He was the brother of Lynne Olson Bush and her husband Larry of Reading. Dear friend of Suzie. A Memorial Service will be held at the Union Church of Waban corner of Beacon and Collins Streets on Friday, May 30th at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
